Yes. Start with CRM Starter or Lean for a few users and projects, and move up to a larger bundle when you grow. Your data stays where it is when you change bundles.
Can we try it before paying?
Yes. We set up a free trial account for your company with the bundle you choose. If you continue, you pay online and everything you entered during the trial stays.
Is our data safe?
Every person signs in with their own login and sees only what their role allows. Money and discount decisions go through approval, every change is recorded in an audit trail, and documents carry a watermark. You can also run Riksa AI on your own server and database.
Does it work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every screen works on phones and tablets in the browser. Field salespeople check in at sites with GPS, and calls from their own phones can be synced to the right enquiry.
Do we still need separate accounting software?
No. Riksa AI has full accounting built in. Every invoice, receipt, bill and payment posts to the books by itself, and the profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and trial balance are always up to date for your auditor.
Does it handle GST, TDS and RERA?

How do we pay, and do we get a GST invoice?
